Sherry’s love of real estate began when she took a gamble and bid on a foreclosed HUD home and won the bid at $7,000.00. That’s right, for less than a good used car, Sherry purchased her own home where she currently lives with her husband in the up and coming neighborhood of Westview near downtown Atlanta. That same house re-appraised less than 2 years later for $90,000.00 and is still gaining equity with every renovation project she and her husband complete. This spark ignited a fire that blazed into a new career for Sherry. One thing this girl knows is a good value when she sees it!
